CHR. LARCOU & ASSOCIATES LLC (the “Firm”) is GDPR-compliant and entirely committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy and any other documents referred to on it sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

This Privacy Notice only applies to personal information and or data we collect and processes through this website (the ‘Site’) when you register to use our site, subscribe to our service, search for any legal services, leave a review or rating on our site, and when you report a problem with our site.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

It is important that you read this Privacy Notice together with any other Privacy Notice or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This privacy notice supplements the other notices and is not intended to override them.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

If you fail to provide personal data:

There is no obligation on you to provide the information listed above; however, if you do not, we may be unable to provide you with the Services. In this case, we may have to cancel a service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

COLLECTION OF DATA UNDER MONEY-LAUNDERING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

The Firm conducts client due diligence enquiries on each new client and legal or physical persons connected with them and conducts ongoing monitoring of existing clients.

This Privacy and Security Policy has been drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
